About Chris

Meet Chris Pallotti

“Come to the edge,” he said.
“We can’t, we’re afraid!” they responded.
“Come to the edge,” he said.
“We can’t, We will fall!” they responded.
“Come to the edge,” he said.
And so they came.
And he pushed them.
And they flew.”

She is smart. She is intuitive. She is accomplished. She even skydives!

Chris has been Coaching since 2002 and has helped hundreds of clients forge new career paths, including new business start-up, major industry transitions and academic pursuits.

She has trained, coached and mentored new Coaches, Veterans and long-term unemployed clients for both nonprofit organizations and for profit companies.

Things that make Chris unique:

She’s brave and will help you find your brave, too.

She’s committed to making the world better and helping people fulfill their potential ~ in every situation. She especially loves helping clients that want to reinvent themselves and find more meaningful work. So if that sounds like you then you’ve come to the right place.

She’s reinvented her own life a few times and she doesn’t shrink from a challenge. She’s a Social Entrepreneur and even created a workshop called “Life Reinvention” at a Connecticut prison teaching life and career skills to inmates for reentry after they are released.

Since 2014 Chris has been training long-term unemployed people through a workforce development nonprofit organization with a tremendous track-record of getting people back to work, including many that have been unemployed for a year or more.

She’s an adventurous soul. She’s traveled by herself, far and wide. She has also worked with an international relocation company, coaching trailing spouses from all over the globe through career transitions. And has also worked as a career counselor at a law school in the international & graduate program.

She understands the importance of planning from the tiniest details to the grandest visions to create successful business outcomes.

Most importantly, as a Career Coach she knows the value of building trusting relationships with her clients. She understands how people often allow fear to get in their way that stops them from pursuing what they really want. And she knows how to help them get into action to take control of their career jouneys and find meaningful work.
