In 2002, after getting trained and certified as a Life Coach, I started my own Coaching company focusing mainly on Career Coaching and Small Business start-ups. Over the years I have provided career coaching for an international relocation company assisting trailing spouses from more than 20 different countries.

More recently I spent several years as a Career Counselor in a law school working with international students and alumni from all over the globe. In addition to my private coaching clients, I provide training for long-term unemployed people to get back to work through a nationally recognized workforce development nonprofit organization.

I especially love helping people that want to reinvent their careers and find more meaningful work that aligns with their interests, skills, and talents. I’ve reinvented my own life a few times. Before starting her coaching business, she spent five years in the military, ran a fabulous restaurant in the Caribbean, and was an experienced event planner.

I consider myself a Social Entrepreneur and ran a nonprofit organization that helped renovate homes for the elderly, disabled, and families with children. I believe in social justice and spent many years involved in the prison system as a mentor and coach. A few years ago, I created a workshop called “Life Reinvention” at a Connecticut prison where I taught life and career skills to inmates for reentry after they are released.

I did that work because I love to help people see what is possible for their lives. If you’re not satisfied with your current situation and you want something better, you must take the first step. I am especially passionate about helping people find and do the work they were meant to do to help build a better world!

If that sounds like you then you’ve come to the right place.
